Tim Beare - Bear AbilitiesTim Beare is all about community and helping others, be it as a DFS coach, running a weekly Tennis/Fitness program for All Ability adults and as the previous Victorian coach of the AFL All Ability Football team.

Tim has been providing services in the disability field  for over 25 years including individual and group disability services, skills development and sports and recreation events & participation.

Objective

Bear Abilities objective is to provide high quality disability & educational support in the Community,  utilizing Tim Beare’s 25 years of experience working in this field including, working with people of all abilities to achieve their best.  Tim is a sports enthusiast and is particularly interested in working with and giving people with disabilities an opportunity to share the enjoyment and satisfaction that he has always got out of sports particiaption.

Tim has a high level of commitment to supporting those with a disability and have a clear understanding of their needs and respect for clients and their families.

Tim is flexible, positive and self-motivated role model who loves to include all people including those from culturally diverse backgrounds in Community Services

With a genuine interest in the well-being and development of people with disabilities, including volunteering for a wide range of sporting programs including Ferntree Gully Eagles All Abilities Football Team & Various Eastern Region Leisure Services Activities.  Tim was also Coach of the Vic Metro National Carnival Team in 2015 that won the National Title and saw the emotion and satisfaction this gave to the playing group.
